Ok I just did this with a spoon. When I got close to my finger there was about four or five small bumps so I kept after it and it seems to have helped then I stretched my hand and then wrapped my heat pad around my hand. I will know for sure how well this worked when I start to type. I also wear the splint at night.

What are the chances of curing the trigger finger using the tool and stretching alone?

I had trigger finger once and it just healed on its own. What's happening now is my left thumb is in serious pain. It starts from a bone on my wrist. I'm no longer on my computer but I've increased the time in my cell phone Do u think constant use of the cell is contributing to my pain?

Mine healed on its own too, but it took time.

Hello, I’m curious as to why this would not aggravate the condition causing more inflammation and making it worse?

Hi, do you know how much mw/cm ² you're cold laser is emitting? That info would be helpful for others who use different lasers than the one you're using.

The manufacturer of the laser tells you this information. It's in the instructions.

Is not trigger finger caused by inflammation? Then would this type of massage cause more inflammation?
