I have tried this release tech with a roller and OMG I almost cry it is so sore. I am a bit worried if someone digs their elbow in there.

Is there any way to heal problem with biceps femoris long head after long time? I had pulled this muscle long time ago (like 10 years) and I didn't know how to treat it. I went to doctor but he ignored it and didn't do nothing. Now after 10 years if I want to stretch this muscle for little bit longer I feel pain. After, If I force it and stay longer in stretched position, I feel pain in this muscle for few days... :( I can't stretch it any more but I wish I could do split again. Can someone help me?

wait what? Im a volleyball player and I think I might have just pulled this muscle because I feel pain right behind my knee , and it's been 15 days that I can't still train with the rest of the team... It has gotten better within the days but still I can't perform and play like before. Please any recommendations of exercise or whatever to make it feel better because I really need to get back as soon as possible! Thank you in advance

Klea Kodra I think you need rest! But I don’t know too much, the best would be if you find good physiotherapist. Maybe massage can help to recover faster but if you want to come back to your full ability you need to contact professional.
