Some reasons that come to mind, vs. semi-autos: 1. Multiple chambers, easy dealing with dud cartridges 2. Fixed barrel, inherent accuracy 3. Virtually zero jams for life, provided ammo is properly assembled 4. More powerful ammunition, greater power-to-weigh ratio 5. Multiple cartridges fired in same gun 6. Not sensitive to bullet types 7. Not sensitive to bullet load power 8. Inherently more safe 9. Much easier to operate, everyone can use it 10. Can be fired while muzzle pressed against someone or grabbed 11. More comfortable to conceal 12. Less legal issues from confrontations 13. Spent casings retained, not flung everywhere 14. No magazines to misplace or get damaged, or required for operation

Thank you for this educational and well produced video. As a biased revolver lover who also owns and occasionally EDC a semiautomatic (SW EZ 380 & SW EZ 9mm) ……….1) the simplicity of all aspects of EDC makes the revolver perfect for me. …………2) ammo variety for the many diverse situations make the revolver perfect for me. …………3) the revolver is practical and forgiving in it’s application for me. …………4) LAST POINT - you need to practice to be proficient in all aspects of EDC - you need to practice regardless of your chosen tool. PLEASE CONTINUE THE REVOLVER EDUCTION thank you

My 460V S&W magnum X-frame five inch muzzle brake equipped full lug barrel revolver chambers rimmed 460 S&W magnum, 454 Casull, ALL loads 45 Colt and 45 Schofield. TK Custom altered the cylinder to take their stainless steel 45 ACP moon clips. As a bonus 460 Rowland, 45 Super and 45 Winchester magnum all fit that moon clip. Using Starline brass it works with the ACP based semi auto cartridge. I added an extra long firing pin from Cylinder and Slide to make rimmed cartridges reliable without need of a filler space moon clip.
