Damian was the only being that made his daughter feel things beyond mere companionship so I'm sure that annoyed him because her decisions could be swayed by his words if it came to that point. And frankly, at the very end, Trigon did show a small amount of love towards Raven so who knows? Not to mention, Damian did break ties with his grandfather (under Trigons control) and convinced Raven to fight so maybe he singled him out because of some mild respect for the boys strength and courage

I also realized something. Constantine made a huge mistake when he spoke to Trigon. Constantine offered his body as a host, but didn't make it part of the oath. The oath was 'lets kill the bastard' Trigon agreed to do so, but due to Constantine's poor phrasing was free to reject his offer as host, as Trigon saw a better way to 'kill the bastard.'

Your opinion is kinda funny in my opinion. Even if the DCAMU was live action, it wouldn't have made nearly as much theatrical revenue as Marvel's films do. Only the fans would watch movies titled like "Flashpoint" and "Son of Batman". Regular movie goers would be confused by the lack of order, and wouldn't even know the films were connected. A lot of people didn't know that as it is. So the majority of people wouldn't watch them because they wouldn't feel a need to. Marvel makes you want more, and promises it to you with a few scenes during credits. We know it's connected. So stop comparing. It's just sad at this point. I want to like DC, but this isn't their time. Maybe when Marvel slows down, DC will pull the edgy vibe out of their butts and make the movies I imagined when I watched JLA animated as a kid.
