Ok I cut a few days ago so I came back to this video to refresh on what to do and possibly expect. So day 5 I’m already seeing a lot of the ends have curled back up (26 mths in with coily ends before cutting) I usually wash biweekly but I’m trying to stretch to 3 wks to encourage the ends to lock faster. Taking your color treated advice (red) I’ll braid/band and plan to use my Basic leave-in condish and Hydroloc (sparingly). I’ll come back and post my results after. Thanks @En Toi

My hair is currently in rope twist, and I want to trim my locs.... would you suggest cutting it while my hair is still in rope twist or take them aloose then cut them? I was afraid it would lose the curl if I trim them after taking them aloose

Some people would start using the SL starter shampoo again. How are you planning maintain your ends loose? Thanks for the video.

Yes, some people start using the starter shampoo or clarifying shampoo to aid the locking process. I am not doing anything extra to my locs. If any unravel, my consultant will put it back in.
