I don't understand what's so enjoyable about these videos. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy them. I merely don't understand WHY I enjoy them so much.

The living G_D is telling you to return to the earth, and make horticulture apart of your family bloodline. Once you activate these chemical memories in your mind, your sperm/eggs will alter and begin to manifest the lessons on a sub-molecular level. "Return to the earth, to eat only earth. For this is the promise I have [ pre -set aside] for all of my children made from clay and mud. Amen"

There's something very satisfying about yardwork. Seeing the physical transformation from one space to another is already satisfying, but when you pair it with snappy and clean editing, it's even more appealing.

here's me thinking that you have to treat these plants very carefully, and you have no fear, just get into it start cleaning it up, this is my second vid of yours I have seen, and you are becoming a fast favorite of mine, thank you for the easy lessons.

What happens if u dont cut them ? What does dormancy mean ?
@botanicalchaos
@botanicalchaos 2 жыл бұрын
I cut them to get rid of ugly pitchers and when spring comes, the pitchers don’t get in the way of the light for the new growth. Dormancy is when the plant shuts down for the winter.

Hey love your videos, but wanted to comment on one aspect of this one. You mentioned disinfecting your scissors because of disease. That is of course a great idea, but I don't think it makes the most sense the way you are doing it. Most viruses and viroids plants get tend to be spread via the fluid in the plants. This also goes for bacteria and fungi to some extend. This also means the only way you could minimize the risk of spreading disease would be to disinfect your scissors after every plant. Otherwise, if the first plant you cut is sick there is a chance all the following ones will get sick. Outdoors I wouldn't worry about this so much though.

Hey, I’ve been inspired by your channel to raise pitcher plants, but I have a climate question, I live in Ireland, where sunlight is topic of comedy and rain is common, is it possible to raise a healthy pitcher plant in an average garden with such a climate or no?

@botanicalchaos

Like the actual plants or just the pitchers? Purpurea holds pitchers very well and are very slow growing. That’s why I recommend not cutting them back for the winter.
