You can use a flap disc in a side grinder to smooth out the cut edge and contour it even better. I learned that trick when I did mine then door edge guard to finish!

Good advice! It didn't show it very well in the vid, but I did use a flap disc to smooth it a bit before doing the door guard. Thanks!

Did you have to move the washer fluid or the evap in the back?

Yeah I moved the washer reservoir when I did the front bumper. I used a ZJ washer fluid tank, it just barely fits under the hood between the brake master cylinder and fender. I haven't moved the evap yet, I cut and bent the bracket slightly so the rear tires wouldn't rub which seems to be working for now
