1/2 cup butter grated cold unsalted
18 small hot dogs
1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soft butter unsalted
2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
24 Small hot dogs
Water to knead
