Doubles and Pholourie are two of my fave Trini street foods I grew up on in Brooklyn, New York. And also Black Pudding, Bake & Shark (or Bake & Saltfish when shark can’t be found)!!! 🥰😋🤤 I’ve been living in Texas for a long time now, and miss the ease of access I once had to Caribbean food… So it’s great to find people like Natasha to help me prepare these beloved foods I love and miss so much!!! And making it really easy and simple to make… but exploding with flavor. 😊
