Hello from Toronto Canada very delicious coo coo I will make mine like yours and stew fish and Bokchoy greens fry with nice flavourful Spices and very hot with country peppers thanks just poor Audio cant hear you well speak a bit louder please some.people speak like if dumplin stuck in dem throat which is a strain on my nerves

Adrianne Lall it amount of ingredients depends on the size you want to make so here goes my coocoo recipe 5 cups of yellow cornmeal 3 cups of coconut milk 1 medium carrot finely shredded 2 teaspoons of sugar Fresh seasoning blend of 6 pimentos, 1 bundle of parsley, 1 medium onion, 1 clove Of garlic(optional) 1 all purpose Maggi tastemaker/ or salt to taste 20 large okra Method please follow all the steps I used above. 🙂

Great recipe and presentation. To make cutting the coo coo easier, try inverting the coo coo nowl onto a plate and whalla! Mold stays in place. Also, it would be nice to have the recipe in written form also. Thank you for taking the time to show us your coo coo version. I have just joined you channel.
