WOW!!!! you actually did it! referring to my comment in your last video. The focus was off on the nameplate but you will get it right in the next video. With regards to fried rice, how is it that when you get Chinese store-bought fried rice compared to home-cooked fried rice the rice textures seem to be different? Does the difference come from 1. the type/quality of rice 2. method of cooking 3. the length of time the rice is allowed to sit before making the fried rice 4. or whatever? The thing is Chinese store-cooked fried rice always tastes different if not better than home-cooked fried rice. ain't?

Used peanut oil instead of the olive it gives a great flavour
