Look me on both counts. I blend seasoning in bulk and store in the freezer as well. I do the chopped when I'm cooking too. #caribbeanhomecook

Arlene that chopped seasoning thing, only for broth or soups fuh me (yuh husband)💯 blend up and fridge up boo.....lolol. And you're spot on with the seasoning enriching food taste. Yuh use that blender like my mother (yuh mother in law) Arlene.

Is there any reason why shadobeni was absent? To me, this is the MAIN ingredient in green seasoning.

Hello Yes, I left it out of the ain't mix as it has a very distinct flavor that I don't always want in everything. So I add it in when I need it. But of course you can blend it all if that suits you.
