Awesome Videsh,I admire how you treat your workers with utmost love and respect,always cooking for them and not skimping on the food,you are a kind and loving soul ,treating the kids and the people around you great..That curry fish looks so mouth watering and delicious,although im a vegetarian, looking at the way you prep it ,cook the sauce first then add fish, that is the best way to get all the flavors into the fish and it's sauce.Wonderful chef.Some green mango or Tamarind would add wonderful flavors to the curry.

Yeah people have different ways of making they curry fish. My mom never fry the fish for curry she only fry for stew fish. My mom would add green mango or tamarind to it when it almost finish cook. But either way when I see food I eating it I always on ah see food diet🤣🤣🤣❤🇹🇹.
