This episode brought a tear to my eye. My mom was exactly the same way, devoted everything to the family and left nothing for herself at the end of the day. I wish she took care of herself and felt pretty and happy. she passed away from cancer before that happened. Regina is living that dream. Thanks for doing this.

These makeovers are fabulous. You took Regina from average confidence to orbit range. Love the clothes you picked out. I had never been in a Zara until last year and purchased a lovely coat as a result of watching one of these makeovers. I love all the clothes she tried on and especially the cape....hope it is available. I think she will become a regular shopper at Zara after this experience. She looked like a model. Keep these makeovers coming. Her personality just blossomed and it was a joy to see.

My heart goes out for you Regina. I had the same thing in the past. Looking after my elderly grandmother. And much later on, looking after my daughter with severe allergic condition. She is healthy now and sent me this video clip! I love this feeling. We grow old together. I am more the less same generation as you and ridiculous thing is that now, I am studying for medicine! In the foreign country. I have to learn German first then going back to University! But life is too short. I have my daughter and Partner s love and support! So keep going Regina, keep being pretty! What was all that malarkey about the CEO visiting? What a load of cods wallops. He/She should see the store as it is in action with the fabulous Trinny and team doing their bit to promote us viewers to purchase from Zara. I for one used to never go in there before watching Trinny as at 57, I thought I was too old for Zara, but since watching Trinny, I have I started shopping there. I think it was downright ignorant to make Trinny's team wait outside, especially as I could see other shoppers in there whilst the so called cleaning was going on. Trinny doesn't make a mess and her team clean it all up anyway. She deserves an apology! Hope Zara CEO reads this!!

@@tomjones2157 I'm Asian, and it is nice to see my culture up there. Race has everything to do with how divided a world we live in . Social media always portrays stereotypes. India: Cows& Curry. SKorea: Beauty, Pop, Fashion and so on . So that's why it's very important to expose a more ' normal ' side of Asians, to Westerners. I agree race has nothing to do with a person's emotions. 👍🏼
