This project is a good one, i actually can't find any fault beside as what you said about the grill door and that management office. the surau is good so that not just the people who live there will use it, the repair man, aircond man or any visitor can use it comfortably... I agree with you about the pool, should be close together so thats parents can watch their kids while using adult swimming pool. also nice beach there.... You need to do the part 2 for this video when the mall is done, i think its a nice add on to the whole project and a good continuation content for this "Trio by Setia @ Klang", focusing on when the mall are there. I mean Malaysian does love mall....

Yeah, good project indeed. Looks like we share the same thoughts. 😄 Will see how it goes once the retail component is completed. I don't expect it to be too happening, given its really a small footprint only. 30+- lots is barely scrapping through. Hopefully the management body and developer can do their part in at least attracting good and desirable tenants, that's the first step. To get it fully occupied.

Yeah, facade looks rather dull, what a pity. So it'll be those type of properties, where if you know its good stuff, then you know. From outside, can't tell.

owners please warn your air Cond guys not to do anything without safety harness. It looks dangerous to me.

Yes, very dangerous because there's no grill for safety. That being said, there might be a safety hook which aircon installer can hook their safety harness too. If you see properly, to the far left at 13:37 (kzbin.info/www/bejne/fV7CqICQiLyGpM0si=wQVDLzUt-jtQaJQl&t=817), there seems to be a hook. Many developers don't even give this. Of course, best it to have the grille or even a brick wall for safety.
