Great trip report. I already flew multiple times with Aegean and I enjoyed every single trip. My last flight was from Munich to Athens with SX-NEA, it's the A320neo you saw after reaching the parking position. You definetly need to fly with it! Such an awesome aircraft and airline. Cheers!

Thank you for the kind comment! I'm not surprised you enjoyed every trip, they are in my opinion one of the best airlines in Europe. Lucky you got to fly the Aegean A320neo, I have some plans to get on their A321neo from ATH-LHR next summer, but I'll see with the whole pandemic situation :)

@@IFlyPlanes Athens to London is a really cool route. From Spring 2021 Aegean will send the new A321neo to London. One is already delivered :)

Thank you for the kind comment! I absolutely agree, the new livery looks so much more bold and interesting than the old one. But to be honest the old one isn’t awful either :)

13:08 is Athens Ellinikon, it closed when the new airport opened and repurposed for some olympic stadiums.

Oh I didn't know that, that's interesting! It takes up a lot of space though, wonder if they will ever remove it.

@@IFlyPlanes There is a plan to make an area with resorts, parks and casino since 2010, but the demolition started some months ago and I think that right now are stopped again... Welcome to Greece 😃
