18:02, Wow, 20 minute taxi from landing to taxi to the gate, that's a long time, hope your patient. Is business class almost full and economy class 95% full and how's passport control for entering and visiting Bangkok, did you take a train to the city hotel and enjoy your trip?

1:34, Last July, for the 1st time, I saw Jet airways, Boeing 777-300ER in Mumbai after I flew Indigo, Boeing 777-300ER with more than 500 economy class seat in a tight 3-4-3 configuration on a 7 hour flight from Istanbul while I was transiting for 3 and a half hours walking around the terminal and plane spot, before flying Indigo's longest Airbus A320neo to Singapore, 5 and a half hours, both flights are good and okay, but on my 2nd flight, no power supply, so you have to bring book to read or download something to watch before flying without In flight entertainment TV, even on my phone and tablet. 1 way, I pay less than $300 from Istanbul to Singapore via Mumbai with a 3 and a half hour connecting flight, it's the cheapest flight, but the worst is transfer security, same as yours in Delhi, but I transit in Mumbai, not many people, but it's slow, more than half an hour. Similar price as yours, you flew Air India from Zurich to Bangkok via Delhi, it's the cheapest flight. Never flew Air India.

Flew this airline to Singapore. Instead of screens, they had advertisements for a property company. Cheapening its image by making money by advertising. Operated A320 on an international route. Aircraft was clean though.

Sadly, Air India may not be a good airline. I found out my flight AI 2115 was supposed to take off the night at 11pm hour of the upcoming new year, however, it's only taking off at the 2nd day of the upcoming new year at 10am hour. This delay impacted my parents. I flew AI 2116 at 14 Dec on premium economy but it looked like regular economy, and I recommended to my parents we will fly on Singapore Airlines instead of this airline next time we(my family) have a vacation to India. I really hope Air India is not prone to delays anymore by end of next year and its premium economy could look better.

@AryaanSrivastava-p8h it was under government rule since 23 years and tata took over it in 2022 you can’t expect an airline to be changed completely within 2years of time , air india already has improved a lot since privatization now Singapore airlines owns air india to with tata give it atleast 5-7 years more

Horrible airline to use for a long haul flight to Europe or the US. Broken seats and entertainment systems, erratic schedule, frequent delays, dirty toilets, dirty seats and dirty carpets. This airline has packed in too many seats in its customised aircraft. Seats in the last row can't even be reclined. National embarrassment. Should be called Tata Airlines.
