I've noticed that their customer experience has rapidly improved over the past few years, far beyond Ryanair. I'd actually go as far as to say that on short flights they're now as good as big carriers (except the lack of free drink / snack) but remain cheaper.

Nice video. I have used easyjet a few times and they are quite a good airline really. The planes have never been late and have always been in good condition. The only small snag is on board food and drink is quite expensive so i usually take some fruit, a bag of chips and a chocolate bar on with me then just buy like a water on board.

I like easyjet I have flown with them numerous times. The only thing is to remember they are a budget airline so don't expect British airways type service. Also they have no entertainment screens etc so take a book or a magazine or a tablet plus the food is quite expensive it's about £8 for a sandwich, drink and Pringles so take sandwiches and crisps with you.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who heads to the coffee stand as soon as I land in Italy! My experiences of EasyJet have been reasonably good. They are not always super punctual and I always factor that in when planning my travels with them. But given their flights are short, I think they are overall quite comfortable and I find the crews normally OK. What did your crew seem annoyed about? I would say that EasyJet are much better than their main rivals, Ryanair. DO you have any thoughts on that? Have you flown with Ryanair?

+Si Davey The crew seemed to be annoyed if you wanted to order something, but it was still okay. Easyjet is a good choice, we also appreciate their way to treat their emloyees (especially pilots) compared to other low-cost airlines like Ryanair. And yes: We tried out Ryanair just a few days ago, Trip Report is coming soon!

FlightExperience for me the crew were rude I went to the toilet at the back of the plane because the front had a queue beverage cart coming through told me there was a big queue for the back I still went to the back and would you believe no queue they just didn't want to push back the cart by 2 rows.

Did the pilot Taxi to end of the runway or the taxiway didn't reach to the end of the runway?

There are taxiways to the end of the runway, but the pilot didn´t taxi to the end because the flight is short and therefore the weight of the aircraft is very low. Because of that the airplane don´t need much runway to takeoff.

Wie wäre es wenn du die langen lande und startphasen in zeitraffern zeigst wie du es auf dem weg zum runway gemacht hast, ich persönlich überspringe dir langen flugphasen immer da sie auf dauer recht langweilig sind. Wenn das ganze schnell durchgeht bekommt man immer noch alles mit und es ist deutlich spannender.

+Soccer Braas Danke für deinen Vorschlag! Das haben wir uns auch schon überlegt. Vielleicht probieren wir das mal in einem kommenden Trip Report aus. Allerdings möchten wir nicht die spannenden Phasen (Aufsetzen bzw. Abheben) beschleunigen, aber im Anflug bzw. Steigflug ist das durchaus denkbar und macht den Trip Report etwas spannender und schneller.

Yes Flaps 3 Landing! But I think it´s because this runway is very long and they leave the runway on the end of the runway. But it could also be another reason! If someone know exactly why they sometimes land with not full flaps, please don`t hesitate to comment! ;-)

We only do it in the video to show everyone what is possible on board. Of course it is much cheaper to buy food before the security control.
