Yes, I remember the little ice floating in the ocean. Was spectacular. The larger ice plates I saw in photo's or movies, so that was not new. Great trip report, nice planes, great airport architecture.

11:25 - Finnair actually has 8 A330’s: OH-LTM,LTN, LTO, LTP, LTS, LTT, LTR and LTU. :) Only 5 of them are in service, but the last 3 will also be within some weeks.

It was quite unique. To be honest, I prefer slightly smaller meals, but both warm, as in this flight.

I flew Finnair, from Stockholm to Helsinki, in 1970, that is 52 years ago. The plane was a French-built Caravelle. On the way back, it was a DC-9, from SAS. These were short flights, so I cannot comment on them. However, I was in Stockholm, in 2011. I loved the excellent public transportation, that Swedes have. I visited a suburb, called Danderyd - this is where Swedish millionaires live. It is about 20 minutes, by subway, north of downtown. Greetings from Canada and Merry Christmas. Alex

Impresionante viaje. Mi último vuelo a Japón fue con Finnair. Muy bien. No sabía de las restricciones a volar sobre Rusia. Ya te comenté sobre mi primer vuelo a Japón en 1986 por la ruta polar Londres-Anchorage-Tokio. Solo Alaska, en “pequeño”, sería comparable a Groenlandia. ¿Te imaginas los exploradores del S XIX y principios del XX por esos mares? ¿Como tantos pasajeros permanecen indiferentes? I didn't heard about the queue at Arlanda Airport. Yes, I know it is very bad for Finnair because of the war in Ukraine. There really not many passengers in the plane to Chicago. Of course I remember the sea ice from the United flight. Much snow in Greenland. And I think it's great that you show also the landscape and not only the flight. I have never seen Greenland like this. All in all it is a great viedo. I can't understand the people who close the window... I won't live in such a city in the middle of nowhere. The meals look quite nice.

Finnair's cabin is great! I like it's Nordic feel and somehow they have created a warm space with cold colors, other airlines that have gray cabins (AA, Iberia) just don't have the same feel.

I’m flying Finnair home to Canada at the beginning of August 2024. We go from Helsinki to Chicago then Chicago to Toronto. So glad I found your video. The views of Green Land and northern Ontario were stunning. I’ve never seen Either places. One last thing and it’s not a huge deal. it is “Lake Michigan” not “Michigan Lake”. For all the Great Lakes the word “Lake” is first when speaking English. 😊

bajo mi desconocimiento(que lo tengo)me encantan vuestros videos (viajo en ellos siempre que veo uno nuevo)os felicito....creo que es la 2ª vez que hago el comentario..... no entiendo un viaje cruzando el atlántico con un 30-35% de ocupación y 8 horas de viaje o mas.... donde esta el negocio?, supongo que un día ira mas vacío y otro mas lleno, o creo que esto va a base de subvenciones si no es que no lo veo..... perdón solo soy aficionado y me encantan vuestros videos. La intención es que esos vuelos vayan llenos, evidentemente. De todos modos, estos vuelos de largo-radio, con tener llena la clase business casi cubren los gastos de todo el vuelo.
