Another fine trip report. I love the combination of passenger experience and aviation detail in your descriptions. Mind you, this has reinforced for me that Emirates decor is poles apart from my tastes, and the business class catering looked a little average apart from that chocolate tart. As for breakfast, economy looked better! Those mocktails looked great though - I have very pleasant GSM in my hand, yet feel like a Virgin Mary or gimlet.

Thank you Kent! Regarding the catering, keep in mind that it was a very late night snack and I was the sole person eating, so small simple portions seem appropiate. For breakfast I chose the simplest and lightest option, without yoghurt or add ons as I was just far too full. When I’m served lunch at Emirates the portions are quite massive. I’ll show this full meal service soon in a future video. And yeah, Emirates has the drink, IFE and crew variety of the skies😁.

Well Flip, I’ve got 3 flights scheduled this month in Emirates Business of which one on the A380 so I can give you a preview on how things are at the moment! The more I fly others the more I miss Emirates. They are actually very good. And don’t you think the humor comes with the wine/champagne? 😛

You can't imagine the feeling when i get notified on a new post on your channel...another superb enjoyable report not to be missed....the best part i like os that your trips are of good length, detailed and gives a good overview at the airport before the flight...would love to see more detailed footage at the airport before boarding and on arrival after leaving the aircraft. Thanks Rani! Far too kind! I was considering if to have more airport footage or not.. as I travel a lot from Dubai, so I’m afraid it would feel repetive. I also fly on a weekly basis so I’m actually hoping to spend the least amount of time possible at airports. I’ll see what I can do for you!

Having flown Emirates both Business & Economy I am happy with both the products .I love to seat in the last few rows in economy as I get a good view of the wings and knows what the Pilot is upto also meals drinks comes faster than usual . Great video again and great concept to compare both the products .

Thank you for sharing. When passengers can Business Class is always better to be in in the long haul trips. It is do nice to get the rest in a bed setting and to have the nice service. For Economy Class if the cabin is only half full and passengers are able to have two window seats by themselves only is the best way to travel.

What an honor to have you around! I’ve watched all your video’s since they came out, so I learned from the best 😉. I what I best remember up to this date is the “healthy chocolate fondant” in Emirates First Class. Still makes me laugh today! Thank you for the compliment. You made my day! You’re the pioneer of plane reviews on KZbin. I remember well how the reports transitioned from pictures on websites like airliners to full video’s on KZbin. And many other reviewers followed after you, if I remember well like sfflyer123 and Amandeuce up to today’s mega plane geek “influencers”. You also have a big piece of Emirates Airline history on your channel, maybe they would be interested in viewing it? Don’t worry about better video’s in today’s age; a good camera used to be a big investment and now anyone with a phone can make a living. The only problem with this business class is no direct aisle access in window and middle seats on the 300ER. It’s perfect otherwise

I’m an Emirates f/f member but I’m not a fan of their awkward departure times and the gawdy wood/gold trim I think is just tacky. Qatar simplicity for me thank you.

Hey Carel! In my opinion, Qatar has even worse departure bank timings. Emirates flights to Europe mostly depart between 7-9am thus have convenient timings. This departure time for this flight is horrible but gives a full day in Europe. Everyone has to find what suits them best. Am looking forward to my Qatar flight soon!
