@@jamielancaster01 There is a way you can get resisting and obstructing even if you're innocent. The context would be an officer detains you because he has RAS (reasonable articulable suspicion). Then you resist the legal detainment by refusing to identify yourself and running even though you're innocent of whatever original crime the cop had RAS for. You can get legally detained even if you're innocent. If you're innocent it's best to pull out your phone record and trap the officer into a lawsuit by saying "if I don't show you my ID you will arrest me?", he says "Yes", then you show ID under duress and then sue the city for violation of your rights.

Yeah but I don't think there's anything wrong with it though. Black people have a very different culture and emphasis on values than we do, and that's ok it's no better or worse. They have very different ways of assessing the morality of a situation. So the context never matters at all for them. In this example the Black man will be automatically an innocent victim and the White officer will automatically be an evil racist trying to attack the Black out of evil racism. It's a fascinating cultural difference how they just don't care one bit about the actual motivations or actions of anyone, it's all about the racial optics. It does seem a bit unreasonable at first, but I think once we grant that Whites are simply evil and racist and that Black people are simply always victims of racism, it starts to make a lot more sense.
