We discovered your excellent channel last weekend while on vacation in DC. Binge watched about 30 of your videos- almost forgot to go outside and tour the town! This video was my favorite. Thanks for the great tips and info, and keep up the great videos!

Just watched this video tour and it was fantastic !!! You gave so much interesting info, along with showing us those breathtaking cherry blossoms , that it was a total joy watching your video ! Traveling from PA to see the cherry blossoms along the Tidal Basin was a yearly Spring tradition for me but mobility issues after cancer treatment prevented me from going this year so I very much appreciate you taking the time to take us on a virtual tour . Thanks for showing us the cherry trees on the Washington Monument grounds, also, as well as all three of the monuments around the Tidal Basin. Wonderful tour and thanks again for doing it ! Hoping you make this a yearly tradition,as well, but hopefully I’ll return in person next Spring !

I was not aware of Eliza Skidmore and her fortitude to bring the Cherry Blossom Trees to DC. Thanks for a very interesting bit of history and she well deserves a memorial among The Cherry Blossom Trees 😁

Thank you for your videos. I watched a few of them to prepare for my trip this last few days. All your tips were excellent and very useful for my visit. My husband and I actually found that taking an Uber to get around was more convenient and faster than the other methods. We also walk a lot from one place to another. We leave tomorrow and just wanted to drop by to thank you for all your tips and tricks.

When we were in DC 3/12-14 the water was on in WW2 memorial and it was so windy it was blowing everywhere. The water was NOT on in FDR memorial and the reflecting pool had not been refilled yet. Upside, no one was there and my son is a history buff and had some peace to look around! PS We walked 20K steps on day 1 and 15k on day 2 - you must get quite a lot of steps in as a tour guide!
