It's easy to book femi and get him over, he is big, he is mean, and he puts a good match with great spots. You can simply make him a heel one night and convince everyone he is a Main event guy and the world will believe you, bcoz he has presence, everything else is added bonus. William is nearly there, he has the body and everything, but he doesn't look mean, he looks cute, a nice guy so it's going to be hard to convince me he is a main deventer, hence why all his other tools are even more important. His mic work, and character work. Let's go back to the black and gold days Keith Lee was booked like a monster under triple h. Cedric Alexander killed it during the Cruiserweight classic Bianca was one of Triple H's first projects and he's always taken care of her and now she's taking care of jade. Mia Yim has finally getting a chance to show what she can do and she did that in the black and gold days Nia jax, Jey uso, I know they're more Samoan than they are black but point is they are of color and they are all getting pushes. Crazy to think Lashley Big E was the first black to black transfer of the title. Plenty of worthy black men who never held the WWF/E title. Guys like JYD & Ron Simmons were victims of timing as well as their skin color. Especially with Dog, WWF didn't get the guy who was a Megastar in remarkable shape from Mid South in 81 82. Arguments could be made for Kamala. No matter what Bad News Brown says he shouldn't have been considered for the top guy. Butch Reed in a different time would've been worthy but never came close which is a shame. Booker T absolutely shoulda been the man. Then suddenly guys were getting the spot not matter how brief. It was strange but so f'n awesome to see Big E, Bobby & Kofi get the respect they earned. But the last year or 2 has gone in reverse. Bianca should be arguably your top performer, in the middle of everything you're doing with the top women especially because I'm not sure Jade is ever gonna figure it out the way we all want her to. Montez should have a rocket up his ass but is nothing more than he was 2-3 years ago in the big picture. It's gotta change though because you can't deny the amount of talent that's about to kick down the door. The fumbling of Bobby Lashley has grinded my gears since last year. I understand that things had to change heading into Mania 39 with Bray Wyatt falling ill, but there was no way in hell Lashley should have been left off that card. Imagine if that were Brock Lesnar, you can't because Brock would have been an asshole and pitched a fit to make sure he was on Mania to get that check; maybe Lashley is too professional to throw a fit like that. And then there is the Karrion Kross feud. Look, Kross seems like decent person and everything, but the brother just does not have it. He has a legend as a manager in Precious Paul, a good Hoss Tag Team in AOP, an absolute smokeshow in Scarlett as a valet, and a lot of production value and STILL no one gives two shits about him. Man has feuded with Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio, Lashley, and now the New Day and STILL no one cares! Imagine how much better WWE as a whole, not just the blacks, would be if HHH moved that focus away from Kross and crew! I don't want Lashley to head to AEW cause history shows being a big man in that company is a death sentence, I'd rather he go on an indy warpath and just conquer everywhere inside, like a beefed up Matt Cardona.

To be fair, the fans did not want Lashley to be a heel. This wasn’t a IWC takeover either, it was ordinary fans wanting Bobby Lashley to be a face. They did that to LA Knight and they’re doing that with Tiffany Stratton. Seriously, there are young girls mimicking Stratton. Very similar to Hulk Hogan joining AWA. I agree with you about Montez Ford, the tag division is a huge weakness for the WWE right now. But, they’re doing a reality series with him and Bianca and the WWE wrestlers do their best to stay in character. I would argue that Montez and Bianca turning heel and the reality show featuring them as heels would be more entertaining than as faces, because reality TV is fake anyway.

I love Bianca, she's one of my favourites in WWE, but I remember people were complaining about her being Super Cena 2.0 and how it was stale how that would never lose clean, they put Jade with her because Jade is clearly not main roster-ready, so they have her learning on the job with one of the best, and eventually one of them is likely turning on the other one, you can't expect people to remain on the same gimmick at the top of the card forever, even Roman got stale for the latter half of his title run, Lashley only got pushed because of his looks, he has no charisma or promo skills, and if anything I feel that he was holding back Street Proffits more than he was helping them, and The New Day have been on a downhill trayectory for a long time now, that's not a HHH problem, that's a "being a stable for over a decade doing the exact same thing" problem, not to mention that Big E's absence really shows, now more than ever, I usually agree with your takes but this is a wild one.

I think this is a fair criticism. That said, with Cody at the top of the card on one show and the Bloodline the top of the other…where’s the top spot going to go? I think they could have used Lashley better. OTOH, Bianca and Jade are probably the second and third women on the roster. I think neither have taken a singles fall clean since they’ve both been here. Hurt Business was not cooking, they had the ONE dope moment with Raw Underground. Cedric/Shelton was given a boring nothing tag title reign. Bobby Lashley thrived, he was doing fantastic. He had guys around him but Lashley/MVP was the pure focus. Now I do hate that pump fake with Montez Ford, they pushed him ONLY because the show with him and Bianca was coming out. Show came out he was tossed in the wind.

I definitely would have preferred if Bobby Lashley was able to stay. The Hurt Business was a great faction that was cut short but with Shelton and Cedric. Shelton is pretty much just an old guy. And Cedric has never been able to get over so I don't know what the faction will benefit from nowadays. Also, Bobby is getting older himself and Triple H probably looked at that which I think is stupid though since AJ Styles was just in a title feud with Cody, and is only one year younger than him. I believe they're just taking their time with Bianca and Jade. Also, I have just gotten back into WWE so I would love to be informed on if Bianca's most recent reign with the title was all that good. That would help determine if she needs to be in the women's title picture st the moment. You talk barbershop segments in NXT but in a recent Smackdown Carmelo Hayes was getting a line up just before his match with Andrade. Also, he's probably the most talented black guy on the main roster right now. And let's not act like Triple H ain't overseeing NXT as well. He knows what's going on down there. It would be stupid to think he isn't. Also, to be honest the New Day and Street Profits are all goofballs who just put on entertaining matches. Kofi was a midcarder who got his moment, but he never could solidfy himself as a main avenger. Big E has the look, but can't be taken seriously since he has been a goofball all these years. Don't forget Brock pinned Big E in that Fatal 5 Way on Day 1 of 2022. That was basically Vince implying he wasn't the guy. And Woods as King of the Ring couldn't be taken seriously. Also, didn't Roman and his crew beat him up take his crown on that one Smack down. The Street Profits ate just goofballs who put on entertaining matches. With Montez Ford I really don't know if you can go far with him besides just a decent midcard run. We all know WWE lacks the characters and gimmicks of what they had long ago, so Montez Ford run is literally going to be him screaming into the mic and just putting on entertaining matches just to lose.

There will be mistakes and people will get overlooked and unfortunately released. I want the same thing more black champions and more representation on main roster. Yes HHH needs to improve how they book black wrestlers but the problem isn't the talent cause we know WWE has a lot of great talent. However are you really thinking that a story line involving any of the current black wrestlers will be able to top the ongoing feuds right now? That is why the New Day are stuck in a mid-card feud with Karrion Kross cause the hell is that taking TV time away from the Judgment Day or CM Punk & Drew. Over on in Smackdown i agree that Bianca & Jade should've been dominant women's tag team champs but we all know those titles mean jack squat no matter how well WWE books that title. I don't think anyone can book the women's tag division properly.
