Triple Meat "Beast" BBQ Sandwich Challenge in New Jersey!!

A&Z #1022 - professional eater Randy Santel vs TST Barbecue's Triple Meat "Beast" BBQ Sandwich Challenge hosted by TST BBQ & Mini Golf in Leonardo, New Jersey. After finishing up with moving the rest of my stuff up to our new house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin I took a week off to get settled in. Then, ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I flew to Knoxville, Tennessee to kick off a week-long food challenge trip around eastern Tennessee, Virginia, and New Jersey. I wanted to attempt a few restaurant eating challenges before starting my 9-month dietetic internship in Milwaukee. We each attempted 7 different food challenges during the trip. For final food challenge #7, Katina and I headed over to Leonardo, New Jersey so we each could attempt the Triple Meat "Beast" BBQ Sandwich Challenge at TST BBQ which had been available for a few years previously with only 2 winners. One of them was my friend ‪@LABEAST‬ LA Beast. I had 45 short minutes to finish lots of TST BBQ's beef brisket, pulled chicken, and pulled pork layered on a long loaf of garlic bread that served as the bun. The meat was all topped with nacho cheese, BBQ sauce, and creamy coleslaw, and the food challenge include 2 large (doubled) sides - macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes with brisket juice (gravy). I was trying to become the 4th person (Katina was #3) to win my $35 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and a spot on the TST BBQ Wall of Fame!! Thanks to everyone with TST BBQ in Leonardo, New Jersey for the delicious food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the people who came that warm August afternoon to watch and meet us!! TST BBQ's Triple Meat "Beast" BBQ Sandwich Challenge in Leonardo, New Jersey ($35):
TST BBQ has Texas style BBQ with a NJ attitude. They use real hardwoods and cook low and slow to give you the best and freshest BBQ possible. The mini golf follows restaurant hours.
This food challenge has been available for years now and I've been wanting to attempt it!!
There are 3/4 lb portions of beef brisket, pulled chicken, and smoked BBQ pulled pork.
The 3 meats are stacked and layered on a long loaf of garlic bread that serves as the bun.
Creamy coleslaw, homemade bbq sauce, and nacho cheese sauce covers everything too!!
You must order 2 large (doubled) sides. I got macaroni & cheese and mashed potatoes!!
Winners earn the $35 sandwich meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Wall of Fame!!

@@cK-lc7wb All I said is that my son WANTS that job. It’s extremely unlikely he will actually have it. He’s probably going to pursue something more academic. He has already skipped several grades in school because of his intelligence. He is also one of the top soccer (football) players in our area. His team travels around the country going to top tournaments for 10-year-olds. He’ll probably forget about competitive eating by the time he turns 11.
