The problem with current hwa is that she is a one trick pony. You s3 and after that she just dies because she has such low hp. No amount of speed or defence will get you another s3. In short, she is very hard to use in RTA but can be good in guild war

i think it's yes and no. Usually 5-6k HP is enough since almost all troublesome unit is made tankier and she still have her barrier and C.dmg reduction + mitigation she's still ok, her S1 still have decent damage But ofc it's far from what she used to be and it's hard to use her in RTA. She now used to nuke bruiser comp or troublesome unit like Senya even Karina if you can soften Karina first. i think you want her to be fast like 240 speed with 5-6k HP

I’ve got a triple torrent level 60 awakened Hwayoung. She’s got 4601 hp. Does the level 50 Hwayoung do more damage or something due to hp being lower? I thought damage capped out at 100% damage bonus based on Hp difference.

I liked the way they wanted to go with Hwayoung's nerf but they went too much, her issue was that she was SUPPOSED to one shot PoV Aravi but she ended up one shotting everything EXCEPT PoV aravi, they could have left her s1 and s2 alone and just adjusted her s3 to be a better tank killer, i think her current s3 is good, just bring back her s1 and s2 and i think it will be enough to bring back her plays

A unit that was intended to one shot pov ravi would ignore damage reduction , she was never made to one shot pov units Her s3 was made to deal high dmg against high hp units Her s1 could deal with low hp units having some kind of an anti one shot ability Saying that she was made to only one shot 1 unit would mean she was not usable at all
