(Trippy Visuals) Stars and Supernovas

This is a trippy and interesting clip from the show "Into the Universe - With Stephen Hawking (The Story of Everything) as seen on the Discovery channel.
It explains how stars create energy by fusion of hydrogen to helium. Stars much larger than our sun create elements as heavy as iron. Large stars collapse in on themselves and explode into a supernova releasing enough energy to create all the elements heavier than iron and disperse them throughout the universe. Amazing!
