But if something in a mv is problematic or upsetting to people but did go unnoticed, you have every right to be critical. Rose's voice can be heard faintly from the back because she is in the hidden / back vocal. You can already hear Rose's voice in the hidden vocals of many parties in Blackpink songs, but it doesn't mean she will sing it on the stage. Therefore, whoever's voice comes from the front is that part.

Honestly I've never seen a lot of people praise Jennie for her vocal skills and even forgot about her rapping position. I know they hear about the diversity in Jennie's voice especially it is really shown in THW ALBUM. In their previpus releases, even though she showed great skills in singing and rapping, people usually would criticize her because of her lines. Saying that it was too much and that she did not deserve it. With that negativity surrounding her, the rest of the people listening to BLACKPINK convinced themselves that Jennie does not contribute a lot to their music. Now that Jennie has a creative input in one of their songs, they are silent but showed dislike on the title track just because Jennie is part of the composition and writing. I'm really really happy Jennie is getting attention from vocal coaches because she is really talented. Her voice in each album suits the song so much. She's so versatile. I'm crying :( She deserves every praise.
