I have done the high intensity swimming and it work great, on my last fight i didn't fatigue at all and i was fighting at high altitude in toluca, Mexico.

@@jim8574 Good for you, swimming is also good for upper body muscles, which should be a plus for bjj/mma.

I used to do 400m sprints at 90% 1:30 with 5 seconds rest, built up over 5 weeks to 25 sprints.worked a treat

@@Beastly707 1min 30 finish sprint, then leave on 135. Start with 1:35 and leave on 140. Or even longer. The runs aren't full on 100% sprints, but still a good push. Start of 6 runs, build up 2 every week either once or twice per week. As long as you have those progression.
