Nice review mate, I’ve been thinking about a scrambler for over a year now and other reviews haven’t covered all the things that you have. This has been a great help for me, thank you. Im going to be getting one for sure.

Good one, nice bikes, great review, fun and informative. I did the factory tour this summer and it made me want to buy all the modern classics, I have a scrambler 900 it’s so good. 1200 is beautiful to my eye. One day. Thanks!

Great vid. I've had an XC from new for 3 years which has been excellent, but I was getting the itch for a change. I'm a one bike guy and its just a hobby with nothing more than 200 mile days with no touring and light off road. The conclusion is I'm keeping it and will spend money on some upgrades! I really couldn't find anything else I preferred, all pure ADV bikes look ugly in comparison and my sports bikes days are behind me after 40 years of riding. Sure there are better bikes for offroading, touring etc, but for the pure enjoyment of riding and just sheer good looks that gets complements everywhere, not much else comes close IMO.

@ no worries 👍🏼 I’ve recently started my bike channel and messing around with various bits, so can definitely appreciate the creativity (hard work and passion!) that goes into producing a vid like this. I’ve subscribed to your channel (and your Classic motorcycle channel) and will try to gain some tips for mine! 🙌👍🏼

Great video, how do you find the performance of the bike on the tarmac? Do you think this could comfortably double up as a commuter bike during the week and a weekend adventurer?
@motofilmer13 сағат бұрын
That's a good question, probably should have covered this a bit more, yeah, you could actually do most things and could do those things cause it's comfortable and easy to get on with

As an owner of one for 3 years and had more bikes than I can remember, its excellent even if you want to push it. The engine has more power than most people need, with a great amount of useable torque from low revs. The suspension and handling is superb, with the quality of braking you would expect from Brembo's. The only factor of course is the tire type, but I don't do serious dirt riding on it, so 80/20 tires work great for me.

Have you tried the trailmax raids? I like them so much on everything that I don't want to change tires.

Hmmm, no haven't tried them but the do actually look quite similar to the Michelin Anakee Wilds eh

This was a great video! Have you tried the Scrambler 400x? It is definitely a proper scrambler for its class!

Haven’t ridden to 400x yet but we’ve got two coming early next month and we’ll be doing a lot on them, looking forward to it
