mods I have added to my air cooled scrambler

FYI, the previous owner has put the header pipes onto the wrong cylinders (mine was wrong as well when i got it). The routing is causing stress through the whole exhaust system, you can see how your mid pipe bends down towards the rear and doesn't line up well with the Arrow muffler. If you check out some photos of other bikes you'll see how the 2 headers should cross over each other. Lower header should go into right cylinder.

Did consider a monza but went for the motone billet instead...if there was brass on the bike..i would have gone for the brass monza cap.tyres perform wel in the wet...no issues so far👊

Nice bike my man! I have the same bike, year and colour which I've just recently dusted off and am getting ready. I have similar mods, just ordered a brushed aluminium rear fender from motone though to reduce the crap being thrown up, I also reckon they look a little bit too chopped off at the back without one. @@jamiebellsham7377 no worries buddy...thanks for the comment....it's so old school cool...screen is a dart fly screen...go on dart website they do loads for classic bikes....type in your bike and they have one for the scrambler 865 bonnie so perfect fit and install...really easy to do...quality product👍
