Great video, brings back many memories of my trips to the Classic although slightly longer than you from the Highlands of Scotland! 2,000 miles round trip including a couple of laps of the circuit!

Excellent video, I am late to the channel, I used to have a TR6, brilliant cars. I am going to Le Mans Classic this year and camping at the Porsche curves........in a 911!

Great video! I was in that gt40 with the father in law (2 cars in front on the ferry back). It was my first le mans experience and it will be the first of many. Thank you for posting this, it'll be used when I persuade my mates to come along next time.

Great video, thanks for sharing. I am a regular visitor to LeMans but I always seem to be chasing up and down the motorways. Good to see the TR6 going so well, I regret to this day selling mine.

Fix it, it's not a problem.. 1day late. 🤔🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇫🇷🇫🇷 Tr6 OK, you left the lights on , at the 2 breakdown. I had a tr6 for 12 years, and loved her.... Cryed when l sold her 2 buy a house... 😞😞😞🇫🇷

Hi. Sorry, I don’t know your name. I have owned my 150 cp tr for 43 years. Don’t know anyone who has owned one longer. I have had the P.I. Restored a number of years ago but now need more work doing, namely the throttle bodies need re- butterflying. But there is no-one out there who now does this on a mobile basis. I also need a new throttle balance shaft which I have. I’m desperate to get the t on the road. I’m in Birmingham. Thanks, Mark

Great video. Living in the US I don’t get the chance to partake in activities like this. A question regarding your TR6 engine bay. I too own a RHD TR6 PI. I noticed a metallic box with a breather in the left hand side of your TR’s engine bay near the firewall. Your car was not equipped with this unit in your previous videos. What is it and what does it do? Cheers, Sam

Oh well spotted!!!! It’s an oil catch tank. I’m experimenting with engine breathing as think it can be better but not done yet. Watch out for a video in future once it’s all sorted

Thank you for your response. I too had added an oil catcher, however I removed mine. Oil catcher was installed in series from the rocker cover to the air intake chamber. Engine ended up running better without the oil catcher, and having the line going from the rocker cover to the (throttle body) air chamber, with the original mesh oil catcher in between.
