@CJBronco2 Thank you 🙏. I paid $1200 for it. It’s a little high for an Epiphone but me being a huge Trivium fan, when they finally announced a lefty run of Matt Heafy signature models, I had to have one.

@@joshuavelasquez708 I use the Canon M50 mkII. To be honest, you can start with something as simple as a smart phone. The most important thing to focus on is your lighting situation. It doesn’t matter if your camera costs $500 or $5000, if your lighting sucks, guess how your video’s going to look. As a general rule of thumb, you want to use a 3-point lighting setup. You can use more or less depending on the effect you’re going for, but most videos use this technique. On one side of the camera, you have your key light which is going to be the brightest light. On the opposite side is your fill light which is set a little darker to fill in the shadows on the opposite side of your face/subject. And finally, you have your rim light which you’d place behind the subject, higher up and pointing downward at the lowest brightness to help separate your subject from the background. You can stop there, but if you’re an rgb light junkie like me, you can place some colored lights around the room to further decorate your space. It’s not necessary, but it helps your videos stand out. I apologize for the dissertation haha, but hopefully this will help get you started.

I loved it. Mine needed a setup out of the box, but once I got it set to my specs it played very well. That might be the best guitar Epiphone has put out in a while.

I actually sold mine a few months ago, a decision I regret. In terms of playability, I honestly thought it was on par with my Japanese made E-II 7. It was that good. I hadn't played an Epiphone in years so I don't know how much their guitars have improved, but they killed it with that one.

@@anthonylumpkins8632 glad to hear you like it! The lefty pain is real and we have to buy them without hiding them sometimes which is crazy frustrating. I have at least had an Epiphone before, an SG, and I absolutely loved the neck.

@@DeanOMiite That’s why I switched over to playing ESP/LTD almost exclusively. I’m not endorsed so I don’t owe them any brand loyalty or anything, but they’re one of the few brands that acknowledge lefties exist and give us a decent amount of options.

No, I learned it by ear. You can probably find tabs on ultimate guitar or Songster, I don’t know how accurate they’ll be, though.
