Nemophila always bringing the RAITEI (Thunder). This was my first ever song I heard from them and I was hooked from day 1. The thing the music video doesn't show is how awesome Tamu Murata the drummer was in this.

こんにちは ! Thank you so much for your heartwarming reaction. 😊 After watching this video and listening to this song, I will never forget its title named *THUNDER-GOD* , and the Japanese word for it: *雷霆* (spoken like "right a"). 😂 Wanna learn Japanese the agreeable way? Listen to Lovebites and Nemophila. 😁 さようなら ! 😊

"Holy shit". Pretty much the only appropriate comment for that ending.

nemophila! yes! another japanese female supergroup, that I love so much. they all are so amazing. drummer tamu for example is japanese drum royalty, drum teacher, studiomusician (she makes killer music with her crew too), tama endorser, she plays drums , keyboards, bass, saxophone, has a beautiful voice (watch her hillarious duet wit ladybeard), mother of two little daughters. she is so amazing, check her channel.

Nemophila quickly climbed to be my favorite band with only their first album. It isn’t as often requested, but one of my favorites has always been ‘Hozuki.’

Even from this early song from Nemophila, it was apparent how good they were at mixing great melody with hard rock. And they just get even better!

Thanks for continuing down the vortex. This song is a highlight of their live shows. Saki and Hazuki are neck and neck with M&M for most bad-ass guitar duo in the world. And there are a dozen Japanese bands hard on their heels. Yes it makes sense you want more.

SAKI and HAZUKI are my favorite duo. I love the tones (especially from the 7 string guitars) that they come up with. Great reaction. 🤘🤘

You should put "Adabaná" on your list of Nemophila reactions. It has an incredibly good instrumental bridge.

🤘 bro, you're hooked and you haven't even heard any of their ballads yet! Heres some perspective for you. Im a Caucasian male, and dont speak a friggin word of Japanese. The first time i heard their song Life, albeit i knew of the songs backstory, but it was multiple times listening to it before i could make it through the entire thing without getting choked up.

HA! Feathers you say? Nemophila often referred to themselves early on and still to some extent as the, “Soft and Fluffy Band from Hell.” However, as others have commented, “Raitei,” means thunder so I’m fairly sure the artistic feathers were meant to symbolize clouds. This song also lends itself to Tamu (drums) and Haraguchi (bass) being nicknamed, “Smiling Thunder.” Watch enough videos and you’ll see they always smile. Totally addicted to all these ladies. ❤️🌸
