Everyday is a gift, especially when we can move our bodies and train our minds to maintain the neuromuscular and motor connections. I am thankful that I am stronger mentally and physically each year. The best thing we can do for longevity is a variety of Exercises. I am grateful to Caroline and other trainers for providing us with variety! I still go back to the calisthenics workouts before or on off days. ❤️🙏

I went for a long hike today, and honestly, it was pretty easy. I was so surprised bc I do less cardio with Caroline’s workouts. It’s crazy how the strength work translates into real life endurance. I’m super appreciative for this epic program. It’s changing my body so much - my triceps are still swollen from the other day! Hahah! :) happy Friday!

I really enjoyed this week working on all the large muscle groups. Went real heavy with 20kg 12kg combo. Finally did the whole diamond pushup finisher without stopping and Im really feeling the progress. Thank you caroline for another wonderful program.

@@matthewalmond4688 Thanks. The whole week I was with 20kgs and 12.5kgs. This one I went to 15 and 10kgs. When shes with 15 or 17 Im with 20. Sumo squats and deadlifts I do with 2 20kgs. I cant keep up with her pace in hiit.

Friday workouts are getting to be my favourites after Sunday HIIT's. Full body. The intensity is amazing and gets to be more challenging every week. I used 2x12.5kg and 2x5kg Dumbells. I added the 20 Min Burpee Bast cardio workout. I feel great, strong and accomplished. Happy weekend to you all. Caroline, you are the master of composing challenging yet, fun workouts. The title is so appropriate...This is TROJAN indeed...testing our endurance and not to forget this is one of the most enjoyable workouts she has planned. I love compound movements and this week I noticed is all about building more muscles. I'm ready to go. Really loving every triset. Her complexes really taught us about controlling our pace and movements. Hope all that training will come to work in these giant sets...Time to get 💪❤️

Morning Tony...sounds like you’ve had a great workout and that you needed that double espresso! I found those partials hard too...I only have 8 kg weights with me which were probably a bit too heavy for me! But I really enjoyed the feeling of pushing through the trisets! I did the burpee add on...which couple with my 10 k trail run yesterday means I’m now tired and I think a rest day is in order! Have a lovely weekend! Matthew

Forget awaiting for doms, they started as soon as I completed the workout. It's a full body but felt like leg day. Lunges, deadlifts, squats thrusters weuue mi about to speak motherr tongue. Finisher is arm raises, my friend, mateso bila chuki. And no breaks between sets (not really; those 30 secs feel like blink-gone). 😅 Absolutely gave my all

Another amazing Friday workout smashed! This was a great format! Very enjoyable. The repeat set at the end of the triset really turned up the intensity and burn!!🤩 Those Bulgarian holds got me like 😳😵🥴🔥!! But I've learned to love Bulgarians over time and embrace the burn 🔥👊🏻!! Such an amazing exercise that you know is doing amazing things for your legs!😆 I still need to improve my love for those kneel to squats tho🤣!! But they are great too🤭! Those renegade rows were spot on today too. I just love the full body fatigue and ab burn those create. Just love it! Really enjoyed all the exercise choices today. Thanks so much Caroline!! Trojan Trisets this is going to definitely live up to it's title 👍✅. Lots of compound exercises to build strength and endurance. The CG army continues to grow in stamina with our incredible coach. This is my last workout for this week as I won't have time to do HIIT on Sunday before I leave for my holiday, so I'm going to give this 💯 and savour every exercise. Time to rise and smile 😃.

@@CarolineGirvan it's the high point of my day Caroline. This was a tough one only because I'm going between 24 lb and 20 lb. When I am struggling with a total of 24 lb I dropped to 20 lb and if it's a single side with one dumbbell I'm good using the 12 lb dumbbell. I had tried whey protein powder but I found that I did not digest it very well. I had asked for feedback but those who were experienced with whey protein powder but got no response. Anyway enjoy your pies and don't go and buy any new coats that are two sizes larger than you need to accommodate for the pies 😂

What an intense week and finished off with this. Today I used 15kg and 10kg DB's which were fine for me making it a total challenge. Bulgarian holds were the killer today and the arcs with the 10s proved tough. Great calorie burn and a nice feeling when you're done although the time does fly. Have a nice weekend everyone 😊

Friday's are the BEST! It's FullBody! We got Rockin Moves that leave us feeling Amazing. Then, it's the Weekend! Let's have Fun & Smash this! 😆👊 All Done ✔️. Legs and Shoulders were on 🔥. Using 10kgs for the Push press triset were tough but love how it makes me feel like a beast. Toughest were the Bulgarians. Holds and B/W were killing me 😆. Great workout! Hi Trish, yes you already smashed it!!!! I also love the sensation "feeling like a beast" ;-) I have only one 10kg kettlebell which I use more and more often when we train the back, 8kgs for the rest. I think I need to invest again :-) Bulgarian lunges are indeed killers!!! Have a good recovery and a great week-end.

I had to really talk myself into doing this routine today 😆 Bulgarians and kneel to squats…I know they work but man they are fire! I was really feeling every muscle today too, still sore from squats and all the arm work this week but I told myself I would just slow myself down today and not focus on reps and that made it doable! Glad to be done! Glad it’s Friday! Thanks Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job! OMG I had a huge collection of workout videos and had to edit them to fit my needs and most never did fit well with my needs ..Now I have found you channel Caroline and I'm so happy with your content no more editing ..just think what work out I want to do and its here not to mention I get to fallow one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen . Girl you rock my world I'm now just over 6 years on KETO / carnivore and OMAD lost 100 lbs in the first 8 month and easily have kept it off for over 5 years at first I was happy with just the weight loss but the loose skin did bug me quite a bit. But by sticking with high fats, low to NO carbs OMAD, with some bike riding and HITT's now and then 80% of the loose skin is gone and I'm seeing muscles I have never seen. So its time to get serious about getting in shape that's why I'm glad I found your channel I know that by fallowing you the sky is the limit .

This full-body workout was phenomenal! I decided to do it before work, and let me tell you, I was pretty tired at the end. The combination of movements was super fun, alternating between the lower and upper body for a slight recovery. I think we had a lot of work on the grip this week. I'm looking forward to the next HIIT session, which I'll do tomorrow, and I hope I'll come back to the planned calendar before ending the program. :D
