someone told me :"if you want to climbed the mountain,don't look at the high mountain, just look at every step you have to make", that's what I did while following Epic III program, i couldn't never imagined doing 5 full push-ups in a row, but i just keep practicing on knee push-ups, then suddenly full push-ups done! hope sharing this could help anyone! most of all , I have to say Thank you ,Thank you,Thank you,my only mentor Caroline! 💖💖💖

I can’t believe it’s one week to go. This program has been so good, even injured I’ve been able to modify and adapt it to a rehab schedule and see big improvements. Two months ago I was only able to hold 1kg now I’m up to 12kg for rdls . Thanks caroline

I used 15 lbs (almost 7 kg) weights for the first time today and actually was able to use them for almost the entire workout - the only times I dropped back down to 12 lbs (almost 5.5 kg) were for the snatch/windmill and renegade row/dumbbell burpee sets at the end, to avoid possibly dropping them on my head 😆. Another great video from Caroline!

Morning Minette, you will be indeed empowered. Great fun with the variety but tough too. A lot of upper body but you will blast through them. Managed with 10 & 7.5kg but windmills got me dropped to 4kg and still struggled. You will love this. It will be tough but you're tough with it. Have a great weekend. See you Sunday 🤔

@@annereidy515 Morning Anne...I used 8 kg for this as I don’t have 10 kg and 12.5 would have been just too heavy! I found that made it demanding but doable...I enjoyed the workout! I still can’t do weighted windmills...I suspect it is about flexibility as much as strength! What I often do with these is out the weight in the other hand...the one moving towards the foot. That still gives resistance but avoids having a weight in the raised hand which always feels so unstable to me! Have a lovely day...see you on Sunday! Matthew

Hi Caroline...hi everyone...all finished! I found the time really flew by with this one...the giant sets are a bit like complexes which I always enjoy! I loved the finisher...really pushed the heart rate up at the end! I still can’t do weighted windmills...I think it’s a flexibility thing as much as strength! I loved the little 5 minute add on! Hi, Matthew: Glad to know you enjoyed this workout. It does look really good, and I think I will plan to use my 15 lbs. When I saw windmills and fact Caroline is using 10 kgs, I knew instantly I will be doing a modification there! I have the flexibility but not the trust to keep 15lbs in the air!! I’ll drop down for that exercise for sure. Will plan to do the add-on as well. Enjoy your rest day as you brace yourself for EMOM. Our clocks change on Saturday so I hope the extra hour of sleep is that little bit of energy I will require!

Managed between 10 & 7.5kg but true for Caroline you are empowered when completed. Went on to do add on and thank god that was only 5 mins!! Very enjoyable! Tons of variety but yet repeat sets..loved it! My favorite sets were the static lunge/lunge to staggered RDL😍 and the snatch/windmills🤩..so much fun with an incredible burn. The hardest were the makers/pushups and the finisher!!🥵🥵🥰 Completely exhausted by the end but feeling amazing as always. Thanks Caroline! Now to enjoy my rest day and mentally prepare for EMOM!😆 It'll be really hard but we are gonna crush it anyways! I'm looking forward to the feeling of accomplishment when I finish...and laying on the mat for awhile🤣🤣👊🏻!! See you then!😁

Hi Melinda! I hadn't seen a post from you for ages! I loved the lunge/stag RDL too but those windmills😱, my body screams when I do them, even with only 3 kg. I managed my makers pretty well with 2×6kg dumbbells, I know I can't go too heavy with those but I'm glad I found a "trick" on AthleanX for women that makes them easier for my lower back. Enjoy your rest day😘

Happy Friday All! Today’s full body workout is one I will do again. It went quickly and as I sí here hours later, I feel the soreness in every muscle. I used 2x10kg for some moves but 2x 15lbs for most. I will do a low impact cardio this weekend and see you on Monday for our last week. Caroline you killed it this week as usual! Wow, it felt like I was doing the Sunday HIIT workout! So good. I love the way I feel when I’m done. Those 20 lb weights sure did feel heavier than I thought they would. At first I thought 2 minutes was going to be impossible working all on one side. I should’ve known better…..Caroline knows what she’s doing and would never steer us wrong! It was challenging for sure, but designed in such a way that made it totally doable.

My favorite full body workout so far in all the programs! I alternated between 20 and 25 pounds and that worked really well. This included some of my favorite movements too. I feel strong today. Thank you Caroline!

Full body friday ✔🔥 For the first time in a long time due to being on a 12 hour shift today, my alarm went off at 5.00 and I thought sod that, I'll do it tomorrow, and pressed snooze. Led there for 10 minutes, gave myself a kick up the bum, got out and did it focusing on how much better I'd feel after compared to an extra hour in bed. And so glad I did. Feel much more awake, alive, invigorated and ready to take on whatever today throws at me. Thank you ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well I'm a little far behind as she just started her iron series workout program .but that's ok I'll get there..this is the first workout program I have stuck with .I'm living and loving it..I use to do her workouts but not in order but as weight started to come off and I was able move more and get up and down off the floor(that became a problem due to my weight) I went with the program..so glad I did..I am 47 pounds down and have about 25 to 30 more to go but boy I can see the difference in me with walking going upstairs sitting down sleeping all the things that I was having problems with when I was way too heavy.. I am so grateful everyday I found CG program I don't think I would be where I'm at if I didn't stick through with her and if she wasn't so awesome best of luck to everyone 💪❤️

Day 44 (finally) done ! ✅ I really enjoyed doing this workout ! Time flew by and I really like concentrating on few exercise during a much longer period of time. This was my last workout of the EPIC III program, and it completes for me the whole series. Thank you so much Caroline !! Morning everyone. Isn't this just a great full body session expertly crafted by Caroline 💯👍. 30 seconds then the exercise changes so we have lots of variety to keep us motivated GIRVANIANS 👍💯👊. Definitely rest this weekend and see how you're feeling for the final week. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 you'll be ok to complete the last week at a tempo that is comfy for you if you're not 💯🙏. It would be a shame to miss the last week of this series after you've worked so hard for the last 9 weeks.

That was a perfect amount of time for each exercise! Don’t think I could have done more than 30 seconds! Wow! That was tough but managed. I loved the add on. Kammy Free if you read Caroline’s workout description in the drop down area under the video, she always puts a link to an additional add-on workout each day. Today’s is a five minute workout using a chair.

Loved this one! Perfect full body workout - strength training combined with cardio, every muscle working hard today! Loved that each exercise was “only” 30 seconds…mentally that helped me push through each set. I was also so thankful for the 30 seconds of rest - definitely needed!! Happy Friday!

Hi Sunny...so glad you’ve had a great workout! I still struggle with windmills...probably a flexibility thing! I can’t do them with weights without feeling very unbalanced...it just doesn’t feel right! One of the very few exercises where I can’t follow Caroline! As you say doesn’t she just have endless creativity! So superb always! Hope you have a lovely weekend! Matthew

It was a fantastic full body workout. This will be my favourite I think. I love the whole way of EPIC III and I feel I getting stronger and stronger after the workouts. I can see progress and I love it. It was not the most demanding workout totally loveable! Thank U Caroline

That was incredible! This was extremely tough, but I feel 40 minutes have never passed that fast. This session flied by, and by the time I noticed, we are already on the floor for cool down and stretching 😂 I love this full body giant set. Now I will let my body rest completely tomorrow before being tortured again on Sunday, the one I am afraid and yet waiting for the most of this EPIC III program 😆

I used to do workout with HANNAH EDEN APP, It was great as well but mostly worked on my upper body and my concern was lower body then 3 months ago I switched to your workout and so far I've done EPIC I,II AND III. The result on my lower body is awesome and am the happiest. LOVE U AND THANKS A MILLION !! (By the way now I do epic II & III at the same time)
