NJ Worldlover And both have (allegedly) deadbeat dads, hardworking mothers, and supportive surrogate fathers. Disney’s Jimbo has an undeniably deadbeat dad, but I think Dreamworks’ Jimbo’s father was either a troll with a Little Mermaid complex or a Changeling that pulled a Rose Quartz until the Janus Order found him on his son’s fifth birthday.

NJ Worldlover A lot of people like to theorize Jim’s father was meant to be the next Trollhunter (since the amulet called for “James Lake” but never specified Junior or Senior), but due to proximity and shared names/blood, the amulet still works for Jim. And a Trollhunter with both human & troll ties would be invaluable to any side in this conflict.
