It's not a waltz it's polska which is a type of traditional Scandinavian music. Very nicely played! It's always nice to hear the music of my country being appreciated by people outside of it.

Of course. The meter is close to a waltz (they're both 3/4), which is why I called it that in addition to a polska, because a lot of english speakers don't know what a polska is.
