An orchestral version of this song would be quite amazing to listen to: especially because the brass and percussion are the main attraction. The synth is the strings, woodwinds, and flutes (for the main portions); but you could mix it up to sound epic!

This reminds me of when I was in marching band in college. Sandstorm was one of the songs they used to play before games started, and lots of us in the brass section would just hold our mouth pieces and play along with the music. It was actually a great warm-up lol.

I would make a joke about being out of breath during this song, but realistically speaking this song would have to be arranged differently for trombones since the trombone outside of rare occasions isn't meant to play the lead, that and you could practice circular breathing for those repetitive notes. There is a video of someone playing st. James infirmary on trumpet that demonstrates circular breathing during such a moment.
