Not at all. The GPS is the only direct evidence of the position of John's phone and the precise location of the points along the road and then relative to each other give an internal control about the true accuracy of the measurements. John just took a couple of steps at most out of the car. Now he was drunk and he may have fallen and cracked his skull. Or maybe he fell and unknowingly Kare drove over him when she backed up and cracked his head with the bottom of her suv. But the head injury happened there. She waited 5minutes, growing angry as he did not text her. And she left.she only cracked her taillight the next morning From there it is quite possible that the smell of the blood and the moaning of a dying Man on the front yard unsettled the dog who barked and would not stop, up to the point her owners took her out on a leash and she showed them the dying Man and she then bit his arm. They tried to revive him but couldn't. It is possible they did not want the police inside the house for whatever reason(drugs...whatever). And they thought karen volontarily killed John and they wanted her to pay. In the morning they made sure she was there. When they realize she had cracked her taillight, they believe it was proof she hit him and they organized the investigation so that new pieces of the tail light would show up. Anyway the gps is clear and shows John was always on the front yard and never in the house. Now concerning the steps and the flight of stairs, first the timing indicates everything happened while he was still in the car. Then it is an indirect measurement that you can cheat. If the phone is in your pocket and you move your leg rhythmically as it happens when you're cold or stressed, or both, there will be steps recorded. All that to tell that no. The dog scratch could very well have happened in the front yard.

Defense flipped the script leading one to believe John went into the house and got beat up and thrown out in the lawn. Bull crap! Look closely at those cuts on John’s arm. They were done by the bumper little/big plastic pieces and or glass. There was no canine DNA in John’s scratches. Of course John had no broken bones and or injuries below his neck. The only injuries were the scratches to the arm and a cut on the knee. With that said. Point of impact was the back of John’s head and the car back headlight cracking and crushing his skull. In my opinion, Karen Read was drunk as a skunk backing into John. Karen Read was wasted unaware she backed into him when he got out of the car and walk to the back. Of course she can go through this whole trial and not bat an eye. Defense attorneys convinced her she didn’t back into John and she’s rolling with it. Karen Read called John over 50 times. That’s because she was drunk as a skunk and had no clue what she did. CONSPIRACY, NOPE, DON’T THINK SO, HOWEVER THE BEST DEFENSE THEY COULD COME UP WITH. “BLAME IT IN THE ALBERT’S”, RIGHT!!! As far as the third witness she hasn’t made up her mind but told Jackson they will revisit that next week. If Lally thought the ARCCA guys should have the techstream data (though, I don’t particularly think it was necessary to complete their analyses, in this case) and believed that ARCCA would agree with Trooper Paul’s analysis of the vehicle control history data, thus lending credibility to the commonwealths theory of the case, as a whole, don’t ya think he’d attempt to provide them with that data? It’s possible this wouldn’t have been allowed, so I won’t harp on it, but the techstream data was brought into evidence through Lallys witness. I’m hoping that in the next trial ARCCA is given that data (and whatever other information you need them to have) and asked to do a jdetermination of exactly how John’s injuries could have been caused by a collision with that SUV.

Gaurino says that Procter looked at the phone extraction, before he loaded it and gave it back to Procter, meaning Procter initially had access to the extracted data. Gaurino then took possession of the extracted data, loaded it onto Cellebrite. So yes Procter did have the opportunity and ability to edit, change, or delete data from the extraction during initial access, as did Guarino prior to loading it onto Cellebrite.

By Deleting, renaming, or modifying system files. Changing or wiping metadata, with tools like CCleaner or DBAN. Using windows Using command-line tools, PowerShell, Terminal. File managers, other third party data wiping tools and software By overwriting data to hide modifications. Altering file system structures. As far as detecting changes, depends. Changes made before loading onto celebrite or Axiom are harder to spot. Unless you had access to the original data to compare with, you wouldn't detect any changes. Once data is loaded onto celebrite or AXIOM It would become more challenging to make changes as these tools have data integrity checks and are read only by default, albeit it's not impossible with the right knowledge and skill set. If data was spoofed in this situation, it would most likely be by Procter.

Karen was not feeling very confident in her relationship, naturally, as she wasn’t completely off with her instincts about OJO not feeling it as much as her, yet prob gave mixed signals, keeping her at arms length due to convenience; co-dependency… etc; but I don’t think she killed him. I don’t think she would have wanted him dead, esp since he had two children that had been through enough… I really can’t say what could have happened, but I think some bad luck mixed with bad timing and too deep of a hole dug, the truth may have spiraled into a 1 million pieces puzzle. I think we as humans need to be kind to everyone involved, yes, everyone, until we have more of a legal consensus where the bad apples fall.
