Grapplers are one of the best police devices I've seen In Az. They should have them in Cali, they just let the chase go on for hours.

Cali doesn't want the Grappler Device. The SoCal local news ratings would plummet without the daily LA chases on tv.

If you don't have air support there is little chance to use this device, which costs a fortune! Arkansas Troopers have perfected the TVI...but can lead to a rollover at high speeds!! 🚔 😵

Didn't get to see that at work, but If my brakes went out and I called them; would that stop me? Hopefully I never have my brakes go out. I keep it checked up. What an awesome invention. A big help for officers.
