I can't wait to gain all that extra planting room, but I know it's going to be a bit of a long process. It'll be well worth the effort in years to come though! Thank you for watching 😊

Looking fantastic. I have not had one dahlia open this year :-( and think it was 1 or 2 last year. Loving the colours in your garden.

That's not a very good return on the dahlias I can't really suggest too much for the reason behind them not flowering because I just leave them in the ground year after year. This year they did flower ok but the heavy winds has toppled them multiple times so they never look full of flowers at any given time. Thank you for watching!

@@YorkshireTropics They were all battered by slugs and snails in pots. I will try them in the ground next year as even a few Dahlia is better than none :-)

Still looking good. My Begonia Benitochibas stay in my greenhouse kept frost free and are fine. The plant from Sunk Island looks like it could be Strobilianthus sp Orizaba. I keep my Strobilianthus as cuttings in a prop or above 12 degrees generally. What temps did you lose your Schefflera Mac? Was it planted? Cheers Brendan

I'll hopefully get Benitochiba through winter then, I hope so because it's a real beauty but I'm not fantastic with the overwintering in my unheated greenhouse as it still drops very cold! You could be right about it being a Strobilanthus it rings a bell but it had no label on I was just told the name at the till. It was only around -5 the winter I lost the Macrophylla but it wasn't large and in hindsight I would of not planted it that year and grown it on some more. Thanks for watching mate appreciate the feedback 👍
