If anyone is having the issue where both hot and cold do not dispense, I discovered that after awhile, ice builds up in the cooling reservoir and clogs the holes the water passes through. I had to switch the cold water off and leave it until the ice melts and holes open back up. This fixed the problem and hopefully it's a solution for anyone else having this issue as well.

Hello Chris, Good move on your behalf. You could also unplug unit and pop the drain cap behind unit for faster results.

Hii, could you please guide me where the drain cap is behind unit as my cold water tap isn’t functioning at all, hot water is flowing from the cold water tap; I have unplugged the dispenser and also followed your guide from the video but it isn’t helping

Holy cow! Thank you so much for this video!! I can only have water to drink, and my tower kept showing that it was empty even though I had a full 5 gal in it. I followed what you did and found that was what my problem was! The top piece of the hose had come out just enough that it couldn't pump the water. Thank you so much!!

I didn't even know we could pull the tube out. A few weeks ago the cooler stopped loading water into the tanks automatically. It starts working eventually, but sometimes it takes a lot of time/ fiddling. I don't know if there's a short or just air in the tubing.

No short. Leave your door open then hit the reset button to trouble shoot your pump. If the pump sucks water then pump is ok. Also check all your tubbing ends to air leaks.

Bro my cooler feeds fine if I take the probe out of water bottom, let the pump run and quickly insert it back in but it doesn't work otherwise... any ideas what could be the issue? Is there a sensor or this probe thing is gone bad?

Hello, Try opening the bottom door and hitting the reset switch usually on the top right corner. If you hear the water being pumped you're good to go, If you don't your pump is no good.

Hold the reset button for 3 seconds while the door is open. It's usually inside the bottom compartment door. top left, White pin. That should immediately circulate and fill your reservoirs. if it stops you're good to go.

the pump i got was like 25 bucks on amazon..easy swap..still didnt work..i think the board that controls everything is fried..still kicks on to cool the water but zero pumping
