Troubleshooting HQ issues

Hi there, please can you assist me with my current issue, when my HQ is armed 20 minutes later the status light will start flashing but the beam will continue working perfectly but has a delay when walking pass it… Please advise what could be the issue?

Have you checked the batteries in the beam? We can supply the kinetic batteries for R250. That should resolve the problem. If it's old then it could be that the transmitter top eye needs replacing. You can bring it to us and we can repair it.

Thank you for coming back to me , the strange part is the the device is 3 weeks old…So I’m not sure what the issue could be. I can still arm it with no issue but it’s the status light flashes after a while which worries me, then when I do the walk around test… I definitely have a delay on the HQ beep.

You should've bought from us. We test and program each one before despatch.

@@alarmproalarmpro2315 unfortunately I didn’t know about you guys. What can I do in this case, do you think I should replace the batteries and take it from there?

Good Day! My HQ has stopped beeping, no sound whatsoever. The zones are still picking up movement, but HQ doesn't beep. The zone on HQ flashes when it picks up movement. Only thing I did was replace batteries for zone 1, since then no sound. Any ideas?

Howsit, hehe, yes this is a common issue, you just need to replace the HQ 8 ohm speaker, problem solved.

Hi, no I am not aware. You will have to manually delete the zone programming
