Troublesome fan blade

I get that on refrigeration condensers when the coils are dirty, the fan can't get enough air through the coil so sucks it in by the motor and blows it out sideways. I bet the piece of paper would have stuck to the grill near the motor.

Do you have a picture of it not running? Is the cooler clogged? Are they straight blades?
