NC Stocked some truly impressive Fish this spring in their Delayed Harvest streams. I netted one over 10 lbs ( yes, I did ) and I caught one right at 8 lbs myself. Had multiple others over 20 inches. I spoke with guys on stock truck in early May up at the Mitchell River in Surry County. He said they actually had multiple fish this year over 10 and one right st 15. Been an incredible DH Season for us up here in Northwestern part of the state. Still catching consistently. I carry a portable scale with me anymore to document.
