Cal, I love your videos! I would swear you are a walleye fisherman. Your methods are so similar to what I do on the Missouri River. Fish down 50ft I fish at 10-15 ft and kill them!

You say that l, "...trout are on top of the biomass..." What does that mean, Cal? What is the "biomass"?

Hey Cal you're like me I troll fly's for Trout. The Fly I developed is a Lunker catcher. Up to 10 lb. so far. In the last 6 fishing trips it has landed a 8 a 9 and a 10 pounder. I have 5 main Fly's but my big fish fly is a Lunker catcher Derby winning Suum Bitch. I think I'll name it that lol. I want money for the method and pattern. Nobody wants to pay but I'm telling ya it's at another level.

What do you mean take there temperature? Use a meat thermometer? Use a heat gun? Check the water column temp when you catch a fish?🎣

William, Cal is referring to the temperament of the fish. Do they want it fast? Are the fish willing to chase? Do they want spoons? Do they want smaller lures? Etc. Hope this helps William! John McHatton
