I learn so much with your videos. I’ve been fishing with power bait for years and I had no clue they were made with PBC dust. They work well, I sometimes have trouble setting the hook, but it does work. Thanks buddy for the info! Please keep it coming!

I like that you’re keeping the fish. I stopped using power bait because all the gut hooking made me feel bad. That being said, I’ve had good luck with power bait eggs- corn scent.

🙋 I have a few jars of Berkley power bait jars myself, now there's two I don't have any luck on and I don't know why, which are nymph grape and dark green and light green-- lime twist with silver glitter. I thought all Berkley powerbait supposed to work for trout. I also bought Berkley powerbait 2 inch ripple shad. I think these are supposed to be more for bass, perch and crappy I don't know maybe trout too. Anyway another great video, please keep them coming we all enjoy watching them.

Never had any luck at the Clinch - I usually try by the Weir dam - still learning from others that have had luck there. Any tips?

@@TC-er5xy I have only fished the Virginia side of it, but these past few weeks I've had luck with silver/black rooster tails and black/brown hellgrammites.A lot of the areas up here you can easily wade out and drift into holes and along some of the rock overhangs. Good luck out there and be safe.

Hey! I know you like fishing the pinched crawler on the ol' t-mag rig but maybe you could try fishing it off the bottom like you do powerbait (as it says on the package, the pinched crawler floats!)? I've been trying that out lately and dredging the bottom for these summer trout and I have been catching a lot of biggin's! Anyways just figured I'd mention that. Tight lines

Was at that spot Friday late evening, bounced everything in the tackle box by their heads lol except the ol' dough baits dang it, didn't give it a thought. Bet there were 12 brooks just lined up with the lock jaw. Big browns swimming around. Ended up with a few average sized rainbows and a brook. Do you sell your baits if we run into each other on the river?

The original powerbait formula used an oil resin which can hinder scent release so with the gulp version they use a water soluble resin which helps release a lot more scent . That what I know
