For the front "doughnut" gasket against the exhaust manifold......do you install the gasket bare or with some kind of coating ? I also assume there are no backing nuts....the bolts screw right into the manifold .... right?

Those exhaust design seem to tend to brake right where it passes over the rear subframe member, I had to do the same repair on a Toyota Matrix 2005
