Was there things to do outside the resort that were cultural? How bout excursions? Were there resteraunts you could go to outside the resort?

Lots of great excursions in this area. You could head to Tulum for restaurants

Hi Steve - This resort doesn't have beach access. I'm not sure about snorkeling from the Grand Palladium side.

Great review! How long does it take to shuttle to the beach? Was the seaweed bad?

I didn't go to the beach at the Gran Palladium resort. Maybe post a rely to Kardoso Media's comment to see if they know. Seaweed is unpredictable.

You can just walk there in about 10 minutes (strolling). Probably a 3-5 minute ride on the golf cart.

This resort had a rocky coastline. I didn't notice a lot of seaweed. I didn't go over to the Grand Palladium beach. Historically this far south has had less seaweed than the Puerto Moreles area. It changes all the time though.
