To decide if TRT is in your best interests, a formal diagnosis of testosterone deficiency is made following a full diagnostic blood test, along with a second confirmatory test. More information can be found here - themenshealthc....
If you’ve not had any blood tests to date, we would recommend starting with either the ‘TRT Complete’ or ‘TRT Complete Plus’ blood tests - themenshealthc.... These are both comprehensive blood tests that look at all of your hormone markers, as well as other general health parameters which would highlight any potential reversible causes for your low testosterone. 3 month labs: test 1323, free 36.5, DHEA 384, estradiol sensitive 23.7, shbg 28.1

I took one .125 dose of anastrozole the day before the labs cause I started feeling tired and emotional. By my third dose in a week it crashed my libido. This is the second time this happened. Initially Dr prescribed.125mg 3days a week on injection day. Or as needed. I can tell you that does isn’t good for me. I’m sure he might lower my test dose currently at 200mg a week /3 injections (.3 ml ) if he doesn’t drop the dose I might cut the anastrozole in half and take it on Fridays and go from there. Also on 25mg of DHEA daily but might cut those in half too. Hypothetical Thoughts ?

Love it! We have forgotten the art of life balance and keeping it simple. We over complicate things when it’s keeping it simple is the way to go! Our past egos have caused much damage and now all about balance and having the energy & balls to have all the cows 😂❤

I tore my hamstring doing squats back in December. I got too enthusiastic about my TRT gains and added about 30kg to my lift in 6 weeks (which was way too much too soon). Now I’m reining in the increments and taking a little more time to increase the weight. Also, I’ve found doing drop sets a brilliant way to combine strength training and hypertrophy.

In some ways being on trt is like being on steroids. I lift hard every other day and every other day I train hard on the bike as I want to get back into racing. I do build muscle and I do get fitter but eventually I'm trashed and m t levels end up in the shitter and I have to take it easy till I feel OK again. But if there was another me on trt I couldn't compete with him because he'd never get that natural drop in testosterone which naturally comes from hard training. Because it is natural to feel that. I'm 48 and feel not much different than I was 28 and even then I would end up with low t symptoms eventually. If anything for an athlete one dose of t at the start of the week followed by decrease as the training week went on would equate better to a natural t profile.

I just started trt this week. My nmol was 2.9 , im a 35 year old man . No wonder i feel so shit

When would Testosterone be too high? Is it based on dose, or on total or free? Is it absolute - 30 nmol/L or based on how you feel? Hope you feel better soon - Thanks!

"too much of anything APART FROM SEX..." I disagree! When I first went on TRT my bird got swollen from too much sex and bird watching, and my wife? My wife was walking like a king-kong from too much soreness down there ;) My libido was high even prior to TRT, 3-5 times a week easily, despite low T. After TRT I could go all day, all night... BTW I like your little podcasts. You're not Mr. Discover America but your trim expectations to reality by bringing balance.

You dont injure yourself from lifting heavy you injure yourself from using bad form lifting heavy. TRT will definitely make you stronger & more bone density but unfortunately it wont strengthen your tendons & ligaments, Ive found now in my fifties I have to do much higher reps & dont lock out keeping constant tension on the working muscles. If you swap deadlifts for trapbar deadlifts youll still be able to train heavy without impacting your back & knees. The trapbar was invented by a Canadian powerlifter who also had a back injury & still wanted to train heavy. Necessity is the mother of all inventions. And finally the baby bull says " Dad lets run down there & have sex with one of them cows!" And the dad says " Son, lets stroll down & fuck them all" Keep the videos coming Ive actually started going away on a Sunday to swim in the sea 🌊 & thats down to you & trust me its a fuck sight colder up here in Scotland than down where you are!!!

@@Lucas_JeffreyI already did a 1 month supply and I haven’t noticed anything super significant except better sleep 😂. They say it takes about 3-6 months to really notice all the benefits

Its as you say, its not the same as steroids although you could gain more muscle as when you’d be natural. So you’re kind of enhanced

Hi Rob, currently pursuing my MBChB too, a lot to learn >:( nice video very interesting would also somehow like to intermingle my practice with bodybuilding/lifting in the future so I find these videos insightful

Yes It can your cause genetic predisposition for MPB to happen quicker, but not more.
